How it works
At the beginning of the week, I’ll guide you through sifting through your biiiig, whole life, to-do list. Then, we’ll create a realistic list and game plan for the week we’ll be hanging.
(👈 Read that again if your brain still doesn’t believe it’s possible to get through your to-do list).Throughout, I support you in lovingly getting through all the things with check-ins, brilliant holistic coaching questions, the HTM Follow-Through Gently exercise, body doubling, and intuitive downloads.
We end the week, reflecting and celebrating your progress together. (Spotify playlists and dance parties included).
You’ll end the week able to enjoy your weekend feeling so good, so empowered, so free that you accomplished everything you set out to. 🎉

Aside from the magic of holistic coaching, body doubling, community, and an outside brain looking in...there's just way less pressure than a normal Zoom coaching call.
You can ramble and think out loud without glancing at the clock.

It allows both of us to take some time to noodle, feel into things, and respond from a more authentic place.

I have lots of say about this one.
First off, I LOVE receiving messages from my clients. I’ve been doing WhatsApp coaching for over 4 years now. It brings me joy when I see messages and respond. It’s why I do what I do.
Second, I have really strong, healthy boundaries with technology and work. I trust myself to make sure that I’m taking care of my needs.
Third, I’m going to be responding between calls, in the line at the store, going for a walk, etc. The in-between times that we often end up scrolling on social media. Us talking will actually be way more productive, impactful, and beneficial in these spaces for BOTH of us.
Lastly, you are NOT a bother. Ever. You feeling like this tells me reaching out for help or receiving is tricky for you. And that’s most likely impacting how you spend your time and get things done, in general. So… let’s talk about it during WhatsApp week.

I’ve coached over 500+ hours with countless humans. All with different brains, circumstances, jobs, and more.

Two days is the absolute minimum, though at least a week in advance is more likely going to be the case.
I have set up Calendly (my scheduling system) to accept two WhatsApp week’s per week on Monday morning. When you click the link you’ll see what Monday, or weeks, are available.

That’s the beautiful part about WhatsApp week, it’s totally asynchronous. That means we chat on and off throughout the day, and week.
I imagine chatting 30 minutes to an hour a day, total, but it depends on our flow.

Ok, this is a radical sentence. Support is unlimited from Monday at 9 am my time zone (CST, right now) to Friday at 6 pm. For two reasons:
I know that brains and schedules are all unique. Sometimes, you work until 2 am or have a thought in the shower at 10 pm. That’s why you can send me messages at ANY time.
I have REALLY good boundaries with my phone and my work. I don’t get any notifications and I often leave my phone at home when I go to dinners.
What to expect in response?
Within my normal working hours.
Again, because I’m a human with everchanging capacity… this changes too. On average, I typically work Monday-Thursdays from 9 am - 4 or 5 pm.

My recommendation: Pick a week where you have a decent bit of stuff you want (or need) to get done.
Or…just pick a week, any week. There are no bad or good weeks. There’s ALWAYS stuff to get done.
Trust in the divine timing of the universe. I trust it will be perfect timing.
